DocRaptor HTML TO PDF API

Why doesn't my PDF match my browser print preview?

You may find differences between the print preview in your browser and the output generated by DocRaptor. This is expected and intentional. At the fundamental level, PDFs are based on paper, but HTML and web pages are based on screens.

In order to make the best PDFs possible, DocRaptor uses a completely different HTML rendering engine than browsers such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. We build each page one at a time for finer page-break control and document styling. Browser engines build one really long page, then try to insert page breaks after the document is fully created.
